Led by the Marian Daughters following Our Lady of Fatima’s call to prayer and sacrifice for reparation, conversion of sinners, and for peace in the world.
March 7 - First Saturday Mass and Rosary, followed by our MDA monthly meeting. I suggested at the February meeting that we might want to consider visiting some of the Painted Churches in March after our meeting. There seemed to be quite a bit of interest. While there are about 30 churches on the list, I think, perhaps we could go to about 5 that are closest to Houston, and we could be back before dark. It would be nice if we said a decade of the Rosary at each one as well as spend some time in personal prayer and contemplation. They are quite lovely and near one of them, I have discovered quite a large field of bluebonnets, also very lovely. I will put together a listing of the ones that I think might work well for us to visit and will call the churches to make sure we can get in. Please let me know as soon as you can if you are interested in going so we can plan accordingly and figure out how many drivers we need.
