Plenary Indulgence can be obtained according to the Manual of Indulgences

• A plenary indulgence is granted to the faithful who visit, and there devoutly recite an Our Father and the Creed, a church on the day of its dedication

In addition the faithful must

• have complete detachment from sin

• have sacramentally confessed their sins within a period of 8 days

• go to Mass & receive the Holy Eucharist

• pray for the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff
