The Knights of Columbus, Council 17060, will dedicate a new permanent mural of Our Lady of Guadalupe, offering a focal point for prayer and unity in our parish. The mural will be unveiled and blessed on December 12, 2025, after the 6:30 pm Mass, and all are invited to attend. This gift to the parish brings the message and protection of Our Lady of Guadalupe—patroness of the Americas—closer to all who seek her intercession.

The devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe dates back to the 16th century, when Juan Diego received a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Tepeyac Hill, outside of Mexico City. Now, nearly 500 years later, the faithful around the world look to Mary under this title as patroness of the Americas and of the unborn, asking for protection and guidance.

"Hear me and understand well, my son the least,
that nothing should frighten or grieve you.
Let not your heart be disturbed.
Do not fear that sickness, nor any other sickness or anguish.
Am I not here, who is your Mother?
Are you not under my protection?
Am I not your health?
Are you not happily within my fold?
What else do you wish?
Do not grieve nor be disturbed by anything."
—Our Lady to Juan Diego
