Christmas Crèche Set Up | Help the Camaras

Please help the Camaras with our Christmas Crèche setup!

Your work helps our parish share the joy of Christ’s birth with all who visit, creating a space that draws hearts to the mystery of the Incarnation.

Safe Environment Training can be completed at https://www.archgh.org/ocyp. If you are unsure of your Safe Environment completion date, please email administration@acchtx.org.

Christmas Creche Set Up

  • Sat, Dec 20 - Load, move and unload the statues and wood infrastructure from Cathedral Centre to Annunciation (Heavy lifting Adults/Teens)

  • Sat, Dec 20 - Start creche construction (Heavy lifting & power tools - Adults/Teens)

  • Sat, Dec 20 - Assist with set-up and organizing materials (Kid-friendly / Families welcome)

  • Sat, Dec 20 - Hang lights and attach paper (Kid-friendly / Families welcome)

Christmas Creche Breakdown

  • Date TBD - Jan 2026 - Disassemble creche after 8 am Mass (Heavy lifting - Adults/Teens)

  • Date TBD - Jan 2026 - Remove paper and lights (Kid-friendly / Families welcome)

  • Date TBD - Jan 2026 - Stuff crates with pillows and plastic bubble wrap (Kid-friendly / Families welcome)

  • Date TBD - Jan 2026 - Return pieces back to the Cathedral Centre (Heavy lifting – Adults/Teens)
